Take Off Hotmail

I cannot count the number of times in the past few months I have recieved this email:

"Take off with the future of Hotmail

Are you ready to see what the hubbub’s about? Upgrade now and switch from MSN® Hotmail® to the new Windows LiveTM Mail Beta. You’ll be able to keep the same MSN Hotmail address, plus your address book, contacts, and calendar will not change. The only thing that will change is your experience—for the better!

With Windows Live Mail Beta, you can customize your e-mail world. Here are a few examples of how you can add colour to your e-mail experience:

Customize your inbox – new personalized features let you choose from lime green, to neon pink, to minimalist white Customize your e-mail – a variety of fonts, colours, and emoticons let you make every e-mail unique Customize your storage – whether you’re sending colourful e-mails or attaching photos, 2 GB* of free storage lets you keep everything you need

I would just like to state, for the record, that I have signed up for this "Windows Live Mail Beta" at least three times. And each time, Hotmail informs me that I will recieve an invitation email in the next couple of weeks.

Hotmail, quit sending me this crap. If you want me to try out your stupid new email system, actually get me to try it out. Quit telling me over and over and over again that I need to sign up and then that I will recieve and invite... only to never send me the invite.

At this point, Hotmail, I could care less if I never try your new Windows Live Beta mail. It is crap so far getting your annoying emails, I can't imagine that it's that good. It's annoying.

I'll stick with my regular old Hotmail. Or at least until I get so annoyed with your repetitive emails that I go to another email company.

Cordially yours,
Michelle
Hotmail user since 1999
