The release of
Google's new
gmail email service in beta testing stages with limited numbers of accounts available created hype and birthed people desperate for an account. This desperation led to heafty prices being paid on ebay for the free accounts.
I posted about the hysteria a couple of weeks ago. I had two invites and gave them away.
Too bad this site wasn't created earlier,
gmail swap:because people are nice... I could have gotten one of these
nifty swaps instead of
a pat on the back from a stranger.
