Lately I've been really into cute little birds. This weekend I went to the local Salvation Army Thrift Store with my friend Laura (who's home from university for the summer... so I'm sure we'll do a few more thrifting trips over the next few months, not to mention the jumbo town-wide yard sale in June).

I also found this owl money bank. I really like owls for some reason, I can't pass them up. Well, actually, I waivered a lot on buying this one. It was a dollar, and a dollar is a lot of money when you can't actually always afford groceries. But, in the end, I got it. It's pretty sweet.
And besides, look how good it looks with my stuff! :)

what will you ever do with all this stuff when you move? It will be like moving away from Caronport all over again, but probably a bit worse. Remember all the crap you would keep in storage in LA? I can't help but wonder what your house will be like when you are an old lady. Haha.
I love all that stuff, I don't know that I could part with any of it. Remember when I finally cleaned out THE BOX that I had in storage in dorm for 3 years? I did throw all of that out.
Leaving school and moving in real life are different.
the owl is magicly cute! whoo!
