Solo

I've rented a car for tomorrow and I shall be driving 3 hours to the Muskoka region of Ontario for a job interview at 2pm.

I've never driven alone before, and I've only driven in Ontario three times. Two times were just little local drives, once was for three hours on the 401 on the way back from Montreal.

I've been spending the past couple of days looking for jobs and/or somewhere to live, trying to decide what to do with the rest of my life, and weighing the pros and cons of all the options. It's a tiring process.

"O Lord, you have searched me and you know me. You know when I sit and when I rise;
you perceive my thoughts from afar. You discern my going out and my lying down;
you are familiar with all my ways. 4 Before a word is on my tongue you know it completely, O Lord. You hem me in-behind and before; you have laid your hand upon me."

- Psalm 139:1-5
