After my sixth/seventh/eighth/ninth (I lost track of the number) time calling Rogers Wireless to change a cellular phone number (for work, not for me, gosh I can't afford a cellphone), and talking to their voice recognition menu system, getting frustrated with the too-chipper recorded voice and me having to repeat "main menu", "cellular phone", "change number" one-too-many times, I yelled "RETARDS!" and promptly got the French-speaking menu.
